• Once your order is placed, schedule a convenient drop-off time at the studio.
• Your high-quality digital file will be ready within one week of the scheduled drop-off.

Multiple Artworks – Contact the Studio:

• If you have multiple artworks, contact the studio to discuss and arrange the order.
• Given that the studio may not always be open, please schedule drop-offs and collections in advance.

Additional Services:

• Collection services for multiple pieces are available for an additional fee based on distance and volume.
• After photographic work is completed, arrange collection within two weeks for your convenience.
• Your digital file will be securely held as a backup for one year, with complimentary retrieval within the first year.
